Here’s the Quick Fix:

1. 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 – Take a deep breath and stop your EC2 instance.
2. 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐞 – Isolate and detach the root volume safely.
3. 𝐌𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 – Attach the volume to another instance and mount it.
